Hutchinson Buslines is a family-owned, local business which has been operating for 40+ years in Birregurra, a town in the South West of Victoria. We take pride in providing our community and beyond with comfortable, reliable, experienced and most importantly safe transportation with a range of services to suit your travel needs.

Our Location
Birregurra, is a town located in the Colac Otway Shire region in Victoria, Australia. It is a charming little town and community which is approximately 130km from Melbourne.
It is becoming a popular day trip and weekend getaway destination with many new and existing cafes, restraunts and stores.
Having grown up in the town, we have a great understanding of Birregurra and surrounding areas such as Colac, Deans Marsh, Lorne, Geelong and more.
This makes us a perfect choice for your local South West Victoria and Great Ocean Road travel needs.
Our History
Hutchinson Buslines have a rich history dating back to over 45 years. John and Trish Hutchinson bought the business in 1980 which at the time consisted of 2 school buses, later purchasing the land that our depot still lives on today. The business countinued to grow, evolving into a successful and reputable bus company. Their son, Luke Hutchinson started working at the company in the early 2000s. In 2015, Luke and Desma Hutchinson bought the business from John and Trish and continued developing the company into what it is today. There is strong family history connected to Hutchinson Buslines which we are very proud of.

Safety
At Hutchinson Buslines safety is our number one priorty. All our buses are equipt with seatbelts, airconditioning and modern technology that is regularly maintained and
kept up-to-date.
Our business is fully accredited under the Bus Safety Act 2009 (Vic) to operate as both a comercial bus service and a local bus service. All our drivers receive on going training to assist their professional development. They are all accredited bus (TSV) drivers and hold all required licenses to drive comercial and local services.
We take the safety and wellbeing of our passengers, drivers, staff, and fellow road users very seriously and put into action our experience and knowledge to ensure everyone feels safe on the road.
Environment
As a Regional Bus Company we have a commitment to ensuring we do everything we can to preserve the enviroment around us. At Hutchinson Buslines we do the following to reduce emissions and ensure we are constantly improving our enviromental practices and overall carbon footprint.
